नेपालका समाजसेवी(social worker in nepal)

      इतिहासकाे हरेक पल परिवर्तनकारी हुने गर्छ धर्तीले अाफ्नाे उपकारकाे लागि एक सन्तान जन्माउने काम गर्छ जसमा नेपाल अामा अछुत्ताे छैन्न त्यस मध्यका एक महान समाजसेवी हुन दयावीरसिंह कंसाकार । उनकाे जन्म वि.सं १९६८ वैशाख २२ केलटाेल, काठमाडौंमा माता पिता भवानीवीरसिंह  कंसाका र लक्ष्मी देवीकाे काेखबाट भएकाे हाे ।

    कंसाकार सानो उमेरमा नै उनका मातापिताको परसेवाकाे भावनाबाट प्रभावित भई मानव सेवा गर्ने अमिट छाप बाकेका थिए साथै उनी भगवान बुद्धकाे "सेवा नै धर्म" भन्ने उपदेशबाट प्रभावित भएका थिए । त्यस समयमा हाम्राे देश नेपालमा एकतन्त्रीय जहानियाँ राणशासनकाे अन्धकार युगमा समेत जनताकाे सेवामा लागिपरेका थिए । अाफूसँग भएकाे केही पैसाले आैषधी किनेर राेगीहरुलाई नि:शुल्क सेवा गरि २००३ देखि चन्दा सङ्कलन गरि उपचार सेवा कार्यलाई व्यापकता दिएका र साे उपचार सेवा 'पराेपकार आैषधालय' का नामले प्रसिद्ध भएकाे थियो । उक्त समाजिक कार्यलाई संस्थागत रुपमा अगाडि बढाउने निर्णय गरि २००४ असाेज १० गते 'पराेपकार संस्था' काे स्थापना गरेका थिए । साथै कंसाकारले प्राथमिक उपचार केन्द्र, नि:शुल्क दान विभाग शाखा, एम्बुलेन्स सेवा,अनाथालय, पराेपकार विद्यालय, घुम्ती चिकित्सालय अादिकाे माध्यमबाट उनले स्थापना गरेकाे पराेपकार संस्थाले कार्य गर्दै अाएकाे थियो । उनी पहिलोपटक 'रक्तदान जीवनदान' भन्ने कुराकाे थालनी गर्न व्यक्ति पनि हुन् । उनले २००९ मा पराेपकार अनाथालयकाे स्थापना साथै उनकै सक्रियतामा वि.सं २०१० वैशाख २५ गते काठमाडौंकाे थापाथलीमा 'प्रसूतिगृह' निमार्ण गरेका थिए ।
    हेरक काल र समय पछि हरेक मानिसकाे जीवनकाल एक बिन्दुमा गएर राेकिन छ । एक जना महान समाजसेवी दयावीरसिंह कंसाकारले वि.सं २०५७ माघ २३ गते काठमाडौ मृत्यु भयाे । अाज उनकाे दह हामी समक्ष  नभए पनि उनले गरेका पराेपकारकाे काम जिवित छ ।

English Translation:-

                           Nadayavir Singh 
      Every moment of history is changing. The earth works to give birth to a child for its own benefit, in which Nepal mother is not untouchable. One of them is Dayabir Singh Kansakar, a great social worker. He was born on 22 April 1968 in Keltale, Kathmandu to parents Bhawani Bir Singh Kansaka and Laxmi Devi Kekh.

    At an early age, Kansakar was influenced by his parents' sense of service and left an indelible mark on human service. At that time, our country was engaged in the service of the people even in the dark era of autocratic world dictatorship in Nepal. With some of the money he had, he bought medicines and provided free services to the patients. Since 2003, he has been collecting donations and expanding the treatment services. The treatment service was known as 'Parapkar Aishadhalaya'. He decided to take the social work forward institutionally and established the 'Philanthropy Organization' on August 26, 2004. In addition, Kansakar has been working for the first aid center, free donation department branch, ambulance service, orphanage, philanthropic school, mobile hospital, etc. He is also the first person to initiate something called 'blood donation, life donation'. She established the Parapkar Orphanage in 2009 and built a maternity hospital in Thapathali, Kathmandu on April 9, 2010.
    Every human life span has come to a point after every time and time. Dayavir Singh Kansakar, a great social worker, died in Kathmandu on January 7, 2008. Even though his body is not before us today, his philanthropic work is still alive.
